Arrival & Parking Participants (2026)

Upon Arrival - Colonies & Packs

• upon entering the village of Carp, continue north on Carp Rd. through downtown Carp

• entrance on the right, at Agricultural Hall 

• Follow directions of parking staff

• If dropping off, proceed to the Agricultural Hall.  Doff your boots on/under table designated for your Colony or Pack.  Proceed further into the hall to find your Colony/Pack, which will muster under signs with the Colony/Pack name.

• Upon departure, exit north out of the parking lot, as seen in the map below.

Upon Arrival - Activity Station Providers

Bring Gear to Agricultural Hall Parking Lot, take any requested Council Gear off the rental truck, take gear to location directed by Activity Coordinators, setup gear.  Before 9am, move your car to the parking lot, if not already there. Then muster with your section.
